My name is Dilshad Hamid, I am an elementary school teacher. I teach first graders at the Qandil school in Daquq. Before the start of every school year, I provide some learning material for my pupils on my own expense.
This year, I printed 32 pieces of learning material for the first graders. I have also come up with a new way of teaching math and other subjects.
The Coronavirus, lack of salary, and the heat will not slow me down in my efforts in serving and my noble profession.
I used a Google app to draw all the learning material for the first graders; I designed all the words and letters on the computer, then printed them and used transparent tape to cover them.
I have spent nearly two months preparing the material; It makes me very happy to serve the innocent first graders.
I have also designed three calculators which students from the first to the 6th grade can make use of.
I am truly happy only when I can provide something new for my students
I hope school goes back to normal this year, so that the students are not deprived of education. I am truly happy only when I can provide something new for my students.
